Creative Corriculum and International Exchange programs Development
From year of 2001 to present, I have intrusmental in developing many SoAAD’s China programs.  Some of those programs has inhanced School’s and Division’s corriculums and teaching/learning environment. 
·  Implemented the AU and CAFA BFA transfer student program, accepting 10 CAFA sophomores each year. The first two students have already arrived the Alfred University in the year of 2010-11
·  Created an Division of Expanded Media faculty and student research center at Lu Central Academy of Fine Arts.
·  Invited and hosted 2 printmaking faculties and 4 graduate students from CAFA.  Their visit to our printmaking and the AU campus initiated number of future collaborative programs including exchange visit/lecture/residency for AU faculty and students.
·  Organized Division’s student video show at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, December, 2009
·  Initiated and organized a Division faculty and student video exhibition at Mongolian Contemporary Art Museum (catalogue), July 29, 2010
·  Invited and hosted number of Chinese artist to research at IEA in the SoAaD, Alfred University. They are Song Dong, Ma Gang, Xu Bing, Xiang Jing, Chi Peng, Huang Yian, Jing Kewen
·  Initiated the conversation between Cearamic division and Central Academy of Fine Art.  The conversation led the creation of Alfred cereamic program at City Design School of CAFA.
·  Have made opportunity for number of faculty in the School of Design to visit, lecture and/or research in China.  They are: Joseph Sheer, Peer Bode, Judy Livingston, Barbara Lattanzi, Diane Cox, Gerar Edizel, Brian Arnold.
·  Invited and hosted Oliver Herring as EM division Randal Chair.
·  Initiateing and organizing a EIA graduate student video exhibition at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in the summer of 2012.
·  Orgnized two three exhibiiton of works by faculty and students from the Division of Expanded Media at the SoAaD at Alfred University, and artists who have been residence at the Institute for Electronic Art.
·  Initiated and orgnized the Alfred digital media workshops at  Central Academy of Fine Art in 2001. This events started our long term educational coloboration with CAFA.
